EuroEntity was born out of frustration. Our founders, themselves international entrepreneurs, spent over a year and tens of thousands of euros trying to set up their first EU company. The process was opaque, scattered across dozens of intermediaries, and full of unexpected costs.
We decided to build the service we wished had existed: a single, transparent partner offering end-to-end European company formation, with local experts in every jurisdiction, flat fees, and no surprises.
Today, EuroEntity has helped over 500 entrepreneurs and companies from 40+ countries establish their European presence — from solo founders in Asia and the Middle East to growing scale-ups in North America.
